PARTECIPANTI
Il diploma è aperto a tutti i radioamatori del mondo.
BANDE
Tutte le bande radioamatoriali secondo il Band Plan IARU: MF (160 m), HF, VHF, UHF (70 cm e 23 cm) e satellite QO-100.
MODI DI EMISSIONE
Sono consentiti i seguenti modi: CW, SSB, RTTY, FT.
RAPPORTI
Solo rapporto RS(T)
LIMITAZIONI
Ogni stazione attivatrice dell’evento potrà essere contattata nella stessa giornata per un massimo di quattro volte, una per ogni modo di emissione, per ogni banda.
Eventuali QSO effettuati nella stessa giornata, sulla stessa banda e con lo stesso modo di emissione saranno considerati “doppi” e non verrà assegnato alcun punteggio aggiuntivo né penalità.
PUNTEGGIO
Ad ogni collegamento valido verrà assegnato un punteggio in base alle seguenti regole:
- 1 punto per ogni QSO in modalità FT
- 2 punti per ogni QSO in modalità SSB
- 3 punti per ogni QSO in modalità RTTY
- 5 punti per ogni QSO in modalità CW
Durante le seguenti giornate i collegamenti con le stazioni speciali avranno valore doppio:
- 06/02/2026 – apertura dei giochi
- 08/02/2026 – discesa donne
- 15/02/2026 – gigante donne
- 17/02/2026 – staffetta 4 x 7.5 km uomini
- 18/02/2026 – staffetta 4 x 6 km donne
- 22/02/2026 – chiusura dei giochi
- 06/03/2026 – apertura dei giochi paralimpici
- 08/03/2026 – gigante donne
- 15/03/2026 – chiusura dei giochi paralimpici
CLASSI
Il Diploma è attribuito in quattro classi, così ripartire:
1) Classe “Base” – 50 punti
2) Classe “Bronzo” – 100 punti
3) Classe “Argento” – 250 punti
4) Classe “Oro” – 500 punti
Il diploma sarà rilasciato in formato elettronico (PDF) scaricabile dalla piattaforma HAMAWARD.
Le stazioni che non raggiungeranno il punteggio potranno scaricare l’attestato di partecipazione
dallo stesso sito.
CLASSIFICA
Sarà possibile gareggiare per la classifica online, scaricando al termine della manifestazione il diploma contenente la posiziona raggiunta in formato elettronico.
QSL ELETTRONICA
Durante e dopo la manifestazione sarà possibile scaricare le eQSL di ogni QSO effettuato attraverso la piattaforma hamaward.cloud.

LOG E PUNTEGGI
I partecipanti non sono tenuti all’invio di alcun log: la classifica del diploma verrà costruita in base all’unione dei log delle stazioni speciali.
Tutti i log delle stazioni speciali saranno caricati sul sito hamaward.cloud. Il punteggio raggiunto da ogni stazione partecipante verrà automaticamente pubblicato in tempo reale sulla piattaforma online.

Winter Games – AWARD RULES
VALIDITY PERIOD
The Award will begin on February 6, 2026 (at 00:00 UTC) and will conclude on March 22, 2026 (at 23:59 UTC).
During the event, the following special event stations will be active:
II2WOG – II3WOG – II3BIA – II3COR
ELIGIBILITY
The award is open to all licensed radio amateurs and SWLs worldwide.
BANDS
All amateur radio bands according to the IARU Band Plan: MF (160 m), HF, VHF, UHF (70 cm and 23 cm), and QO-100 satellite.
MODES
The following modes are permitted: CW, SSB, RTTY, FT (FT8/FT4).
EXCHANGE
RS(T) report only.
LIMITATIONS
Each special event station may be contacted a maximum of four times per day: once for each emission mode on each band.
Any duplicate contacts (QSOs made on the same day, same band, and same mode) will be considered “dupes” and will not award additional points, nor will they incur penalties.
SCORING
Points will be awarded for each valid QSO according to the following rules:
- 1 point for each FT mode QSO
- 2 points for each SSB mode QSO
- 3 points for each RTTY mode QSO
- 5 points for each CW mode QSO
On the following dates, QSOs with special stations will be worth double points:
- 06/02/2026 – Opening Ceremony
- 08/02/2026 – Women’s Downhill
- 15/02/2026 – Women’s Giant Slalom
- 17/02/2026 – Men’s 4 x 7.5 km Relay
- 18/02/2026 – Women’s 4 x 6 km Relay
- 22/02/2026 – Closing Ceremony
- 06/03/2026 – Paralympic Opening Ceremony
- 08/03/2026 – Women’s Giant Slalom (Paralympic)
- 15/03/2026 – Paralympic Closing Ceremony
The final score is the sum of all individual QSO points.
AWARD CLASSES
The Award is issued in four classes based on the total score:
- Basic Class: 50 points
- Bronze Class: 100 points
- Silver Class: 250 points
- Gold Class: 500 points
The award will be issued in electronic format (PDF) and can be downloaded from the HAMAWARD platform.
Stations that do not reach the minimum score for the Basic Class may still download a Certificate of Participation from the same site.
RANKING
An online real-time ranking will be available. At the end of the event, participants can download
their award which will include their final ranking position.
E-QSL
During and after the event, electronic QSLs (eQSL) for each QSO can be downloaded via the hamaward.cloud platform.

LOGS AND SCORING
Participants are not required to submit any logs. The ranking will be automatically generated by merging the logs from the special event stations.
All special station logs will be uploaded to hamaward.cloud. Scores for each participant will be updated and published automatically in real-time on the platform.
